Coral Gardeners is a mission-driven organisation founded in 2017 by young surfers and freedivers from Mo’orea. Witnessing the degradation of their home reef, they united to make a difference. Today, we are an international collective committed to revolutionising ocean conservation and saving coral reefs.
The Opportunity We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our internal communications. This is a 6-month volunteer position (10 hours/week) that could lead to a paid contract for the right person.
What You'll Do
Design internal templates, presentation decks, and office materials
Create visual assets to support team communication and documentation
Help maintain and elevate Coral Gardeners' brand identity across internal tools
Support special projects requiring graphic design expertise
What We're Looking For
Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills (students and early-career designers welcome)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote
Excellent sense of composition, color, and typography
Brand sensitivity and attention to detail
Fluent in French and English
Passionate about ocean conservation and impact storytelling
Location & Time Zone
Remote (max 3-hour time difference from French Polynesia) or based in Moorea
Flexible schedule, ~10 hours/week
